Getting started
- Plug the RayNeo Air 3s Pro into your Mac with its USB-C cable.
- Open the app. It switches the glasses to 3D and shows a sample model. Hold still for a second while head tracking calibrates.
- Open a 3D model or a video with Cmd-O, or choose Big Screen to show any window on the glasses. Every setting is in the control panel on your Mac (Cmd-K).
No glasses plugged in? The app shows a 2D preview in a window on your Mac, and moves the view to the glasses as soon as you plug them in.
Common questions
The glasses stay in 2D
Choose 3D Model or Big Screen in the control panel, or press both rocker buttons on the glasses. If nothing changes, unplug the glasses and plug them in again.
The view drifts or isn't centered
Press C to recenter. Drift correction learns whenever you hold your head still for a moment; K recalibrates from scratch.
Big Screen can't capture a window
macOS asks for permission the first time. If you declined, allow the app in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen & System Audio Recording, then choose the window again.
My iPhone video plays flat
Only videos recorded in Spatial mode (iPhone 15 Pro and later) carry a picture for each eye. AirDrop them to your Mac and open them with Cmd-O. Side-by-side and top/bottom 3D files use the 3D video setting in the control panel.
A model's textures are missing
Models that keep materials and textures in separate files (OBJ, COLLADA, USD) need their folder: the Mac App Store version asks once for permission to read it. Choose Allow and the textures load.
When you write
Choose Copy Diagnostic Info… in the app's menu or in Settings and paste it into your email. It tells me the app and macOS versions and how the glasses are connected, and contains none of your files (see Privacy).
