Weekly royalty disbursement reports for independent publishing partners: 710 since November 2025, to 24 publishers, reviewed by my supervisor and rarely needing adjustment. In September 2026 I redesigned them to show backorders and upcoming releases. I reconcile distributor sales, returns and payment files against our records, keep the fee ledger and its audit, coordinate restocks with our distributor, and prepared the year-end reports used for tax filing. I designed the revenue forecasting tool and the Google Apps Script tools behind the reporting, including a Cloud Vision check of publishers' ad pages; AI coding agents write the code to my specification.

Full-cycle bookkeeping: accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliation. Built an Airtable system to track maintenance requests, then led the move from QuickBooks Desktop and paper to AppFolio, administered it, and retired the Airtable system. Also ran operations, leasing, owner and vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance for about 150 rental units across 80 properties. Bookkeeper, part-time, 2018 - 2020.

At a historic Dallas music venue, built the website, produced 360-degree photography of the property, led the branding and the marquee restoration, and ran the social and email campaigns.

Primary front-end developer for public-sector and institutional websites, including CalSTRS, UC Davis, Sacramento City Unified School District, and SEIU Local 1000, built to WCAG and Section 508. As project manager, I ran discovery, including focus groups for the Long Beach City College redesign, and carried projects from requirements through launch.
